Standard costs per ticket per session are posted on our Events Calendar.
Bookings are essential at ASoR and must be made in advance to secure your
place. Currently seats are limited to 10 artists per session. So get in fast to secure your spot.
If your group comprises 10 budding artists you will receive a 5% discount. We will also have a reward bonus for group bookings. Receive an additional 5% discount from your 4th group booking onwards. (Group bookings must be made in a single transaction)
You can reschedule your booking at no extra cost up to 24 hours before your session time. You will need to choose the next most convenient session date available and your payment will be credited to that event. This credit must be used within 6 months or it will be forfeited.
Complete cancellation of your booking will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Important: Please note… any “no shows” will forfeit their ticket costs IN FULL. We cannot refund, credit or reschedule on a “no show”.
In the event that ASoR needs to cancel a public group art session (not private function booking), the purchaser of the ticket’s will be contacted via email or sms. This will occur no later than 24 hours prior to the start of the scheduled session starting. In this event, the purchaser will be able to reschedule to a suitable, available session in the future.

We ask that All participants be respectful of other guests and staff during our sessions. Failure to do so, may result in the offending person/s being asked to leave, or have entry refused.
